Just trying to get the hang of the eating plan. I don't really know it well yet, so I'm trying to be prepared for a few slip ups!
Weighed in at 10st 12.5lbs yesterday. The meeting was just a weigh in one, so I'll need to find a proper meeting that has an actual meeting!
Porridge for breakfast. Yum yum. Going to make some soup later!
